A: This sometimes occurs when multiple Google Accounts are logged in to the same browser, Google sometimes jumps between accounts causing access issues. Can be fixed by using two separate browsers for different accounts, eg. student account on Internet Explorer and personal account on Google Chrome.
Q: I click on a link for a ClickView video and it asks for a login, what is this?
A: ClickView login details are the same as the Google login.
